Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aura website at auraconnect.io (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or join the Aura waitlist. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the Site for any purpose.

Description of Service

The Site is a marketing and informational website for Aura, a social discovery platform currently in development. The Site allows visitors to learn about the upcoming Aura platform and join a waitlist to be notified when the platform launches.

Waitlist

Joining the Aura waitlist does not constitute a contract, guarantee access to the platform, or create any obligation on the part of Aura Digital, LLC. Waitlist positions are not binding. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the waitlist at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is the property of Aura Digital, LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information through the waitlist form
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Site

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Digital, LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aura Digital, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
